Caution! If you are traveling with an RV AND you are going through ZION NATIONAL PARK there are hight and length restrictions (for good reason) BUT they are not displayed prominently on the west side going east. So, if your headed east going through ZION NATIONAL PARK with a 5th wheel trailer or a trailer over 25′ or a cab over camper, or a motorhome, you probably can’t go through the park because of VERY sharp turns and a very long tunnel. So, take my advice on this one and research this before trying to travel through. It’ll save you 3 hours of time, 100 miles of driving and the extra fuel costs.

Surgery on Monday!

On Monday at noon west coast time maybe you could spend a moment for someone else and send a prayer. You see, I’m going to have neck surgery. The will be installing a Spinal Cord Stimulator. This is just to “test” weather the Spinal Cord Stimulator will actually work for me (they don’t work for some people).

The Spinal Cord Stimulator will come from “Advanced Bionics“. You can see an interesting video at that link.

Talk to you after the “Procedure”

My Opinion, Mobility Electronics, Inc. or Think Outside are bad companies…

It is my opinion, Mobility Electronics, Inc. or Think Outside (they sell products under multiple names) has terrible customer support and is terrible to their retail partner’s.

By making the customer return the broken unit to the retailer and buying the “properly designed” unit from Mobility Electronics, Inc. or Think Outside (they sell products under multiple names) causes extra time and expense to the retailer who is trying to be a good partner with Mobility Electronics, Inc. This reinforces that the retailer is a terrible business to the customer by selling goods that break easily. The only way to get properly designed products is to buy directly from Mobility Electronics, Inc.

Mobility Electronics, Inc. has terrible customer support with little empathy for their customer, their customer’s time and their customer’s expense.

By making the customer return the broken unit to the retailer and buying the “properly designed” unit from Mobility Electronics, Inc. or Think Outside (they sell products under multiple names) causes extra time and extra expense to the customer who is trying to be a good customer. Mobility Electronics, Inc. has no empathy for what they put their customers through.

The Sales Manager at Mobility Electronics said to me, “There is no other company that takes direct returns from the customer. Belkin makes their customers return their products direct to the retailer”.

Well, Mr. Sales Manager if you want your company to be a Belkin then continue the way you are. If you want to be a great company then you might want to reconsider your return process and become responsible for the products you put out. Your comment to me that “no other companies accepts direct returns” is just plain wrong. I can’t count the times I’ve bought a product and upon opening it, the very first thing you see is: “Don’t Return This To The Retailer Where You Bought It” or some similarly worded caution.

Upon reading this, I hope you consider NOT BUYING from these companies as they are one, selling under multiple names: Mobility Electronics, Inc, Think Outside. It is my opinion they are not worth your time or money.
